During the night, I have an appointment with friend at Verrona Hills Bread & Pâtisserie at Sunway Velocity to discuss about some web3 project. This café is located on the ground floor and is one of the most eye catching spots in the mall. The warm lighting, wooden interior and European style design make the whole place look very cosy.
Inside Verrona Hills, you will see chandeliers, wooden panels, brick walls and classic paintings. The café feels like a European bakery and many customers stop to take photos. If you enjoy cafés with beautiful ambience, this place is suitable for you.
The front counter displays a large variety of bread, cakes and pastries. Some popular bakery items include cheese toast, swiss roll and fruit cakes. Everything looks fresh and neatly arranged, which attracts a lot of customers who come just to take away pastries.
Well, we tried several dishes during our visit. I had the salmon salad, prawn egg fried rice and a drink named Midnight in Paris.
I like their soft and creamy omelette that covers the warm rice, and the prawns are perfect for the dish. This is a recommended choice if you like omurice style texture.

Verrona Hills also provides a membership system where customers can collect points using Advocado app. According to the app, they have outlets at Pavilion Damansara Heights, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, KLIA2 and Sunway Velocity.
Verrona Hills at Sunway Velocity is a nice place for supper or a casual meet up at night. The ambience feels premium, the environment is relaxing and the food is enjoyable. If you want a comfortable café in Kuala Lumpur with good pastries and a cosy vibe, this spot is worth checking out.
