During the afternoon, I browsed the Funhub app since the Grab weekend dine-out promo is no longer available. While scrolling, I found a deal offering up to 64% off at Bossku Kaw Kaw Kopitiam 大快乐酒家面馆 in Taman OUG.
I gave them a call, and they confirmed that I could use the voucher I bought from the app. It was RM5 each, and I needed to buy 5 Funhub boxes, paying RM25 in total, to stand a chance to win the lucky draw.
It only took me around 8 minutes to drive there since I stay nearby. The place gave me that old-school kopitiam vibe, just like the ones from back in the day.
I ordered the shrimp pork paste noodles with milk. The wait was about 10 minutes before the food arrived.
The taste was not bad at all, and I actually liked it a lot. The fish paste had a nice combo of fish and prawn, which made it quite flavourful.
According to the menu, this bowl of noodles costs RM14.
But since I used the RM5 Funhub voucher, I just let them key in the code on my app, and the final bill came out to RM0, as shown below.
I’d definitely come back again, especially since there are still other RM5 promo options available.
