During the afternoon, I was browsing Grab’s dine-out deals and saw discounts up to 40% off. I decided to try Mochiyuki Onigiri and Sushi at Stellar Suites Puchong since they offered 15% off the total bill, plus an extra 30% off from Grab’s festive promo. That added up to a sweet 45% discount!
The drive from Old Klang Road took about 20 minutes since I went during non-peak hours. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find reserved parking for Mochiyuki customers. What a nice touch!
The onigiri sushi surrounding has a clean, minimalist aesthetic with warm wooden accents.
After checking their menu, I ordered their specialty Onigiri Set.
They had so many flavors to choose from! I went with Furikake and raw salmon toppings, and added Chawanmushi too. Everything arrived in just 18 minutes.
Honestly, the Furikake onigiri tasted even better than the salmon one, though both were really good. The Chawanmushi had this wonderfully soft, smooth texture that I loved.
The original bill was RM22.50.
However, with the combined 45% discount (15% + 30%), I only paid RM13.38.
Overall, the experience was great, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
