After claiming the MFM birthday promo, I headed to the MyNews outlet on the ground floor of Mid Valley to redeem their free drinks birthday month promotion. To be eligible, simply download and register as a member on the MyNews app before your birthday month, and you can then claim your complimentary Maru Americano (hot/iced) or Maru Fruity Tea at any of their outlets.
I ordered the Passion Fruit Tea, and it was refreshing. Interestingly, I noticed there’s still a voucher available in my account that I can redeem for a Lychee Lemonade on another day. I’m not sure if this is a “bug” in their system, as I also saw four expired vouchers still showing in my app.
