After claiming the birthday treat from Dome, it was time for my final birthday reward of the month. Upon arrival, I ordered a Golden Oolong Tea and an Assam Black Tea. After indulging in too many sweet treats earlier, it felt like the perfect time for something refreshing like tea, which also aids digestion. I enjoyed the Assam Black Tea first and decided to save the Golden Oolong Tea to enjoy at home later.
KOI has been one of my favorite bubble tea shops for a long time, and visiting this branch brought back fond memories of time spent with friend. The wait for my drinks was about 8 minutes.
Interestingly, they are currently offering KOI Thé x PEANUTS merchandise, so I bought a reusable bag for an additional RM1.50.
The final bill came to RM8.80, which feels like an auspicious number for the Chinese—a little extra luck to end my birthday month!
